These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Weady app ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Horizona Limited. By downloading or using Weady, you agree to these Terms.

Using Weady

Weady is a wedding-planning app. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial planning. You're responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your account secure. Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Accounts

An account is optional and only needed for Weady Plus (cloud sync & collaboration). You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account.

Weady Plus subscriptions

Weady Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Content & data

Your planning data is yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Weady is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should keep your own records of important details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Horizona Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
